I have two children and they attend high school. Uriel is in the fourth grade of secondary school and graduates next year. Eli is in the fifth grade of secondary school and will graduate this year. He will be the first to graduate high school in my family. I attended until the fourth grade of primary school and am presently attending school to finish my high school education. I hope to go to the university to become a teacher or a nurse. I am a single mom and 38 years old. Before PIEAT my work was in the home and as a domestic in other people's home. I had very little work. All the free time I now have I put towards the studies of my children. I now understand why education is very important because of my work with PIEAT and all that I have learned about the development of children. I know so many people in my community with good hearts and who want to learn and talk about child development. We know this will help us grow and work towards a better life and a life with democratic principles.
